How It Started
Loreto Development was founded in 1987 when my Grandpa, Loreto Iafelice, and my Dad, Loreto Iafelice II, put in their first residential development. Together, with the help of my Grandma, Florence Iafelice, they went on to build and grow the company you see today. Since 1987, Loreto Development has completed and established numerous residential and commercial projects.

Our Founders
Without the hardwork and sacrifice of Loreto and Florence, we would not be the company we are today. We miss “Papa” and “Flossy.” They may be in heaven, but their legacy continues to live on.
